Example: Pricing for Quarter (1/4) Beef

Price: $9.00/lb on hanging weight (w/ bones)

Approximate Total Cost*: $1,600.00 

What you Receive: approximately 35% roasts, 35% ground beef, 15% steaks, and 15% other (stir fry, stew beef, etc.).  The amount of beef received will be approximately 120 lbs, enough to fill 3+ milk crate size boxes.

Price includes all fees including cut/wrap and there are no taxes

*Ratios vary based on what you would like when you fill out the order form

* total cost is approximate, as final weight of an individual animal will determine this value.

When to expect your Order

 Often orders can be ready anywhere from a couple weeks to several weeks depending on the time of year and the number of current orders. Once an order is received we will contact you with a more accurate timeline. Feel free to ask in advance too.

Payment and Invoice

When the Order is ready an invoice will be sent via email address on file. Currently we are only accepting E-transfers or cheques, exceptions can be made where needed.

Pick-Up and Delivery

Both options are available and can be arranged on a customer basis when orders are ready.
